These terms govern the use of our website and the services we provide. By using our website or engaging us, you agree to them.
About us
The website qemoza.ai and our services are provided by FH Ecommerce Limited, trading as Qemoza, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16715473, registered office Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, England, IP28 7DE. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean FH Ecommerce Limited, and "you" means the client or website visitor.
Our services
We are a business-to-business agency. We build and maintain artificial intelligence automations and custom software for business clients. The exact scope, deliverables, and price of any engagement are set out in a separate proposal, statement of work, or written agreement between you and us. Those documents, together with these terms, form the agreement between us.
Fees and payment
Our services are usually provided on a monthly retainer or a fixed project basis, as agreed with you in writing. Retainers may be billed monthly or in agreed installments. Payment is taken through our third-party payment provider using the method you have on file. Fees are due on the dates set out in your agreement or invoice. If a payment fails or is late, we may pause work until it is resolved.
Refunds and cancellation
Retainers. Either party may cancel a monthly retainer by giving 30 days written notice. Fees for a billing period that has already started are earned as the work for that period is delivered and are non-refundable once that work has begun.
Projects. For fixed-scope projects, deposits and installments cover work already carried out and are non-refundable to the extent that work has been delivered.
Prepaid, undelivered work. If you have paid in advance for work we have not yet started, you may request a refund of that unused amount. We handle these requests in good faith and aim to respond within 5 business days.

Your responsibilities
To let us do our work, you agree to give us the access, information, accounts, and timely feedback we reasonably need. Delays in providing these may affect timelines. You are responsible for making sure you are allowed to give us access to any third-party accounts or data.
Intellectual property
Once you have paid in full for an engagement, the custom deliverables we create for you in that engagement are yours. Our own pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how, and any general improvements to them, remain ours. We may describe the work at a high level as a case study unless you ask us in writing not to.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public business information confidential and to use it only to carry out the engagement.
Warranties and disclaimers
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee any specific business result, revenue figure, or outcome, because those depend on many factors outside our control. Except as set out here, our services are provided on an "as is" basis.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim connected to an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement as set out in the agreement or in the refunds and cancellation section above. We may suspend or end services if fees are unpaid or if these terms are breached. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as payment owed, confidentiality, and intellectual property) survive termination.
SMS program terms: Qemoza Hire Plan Texts
Program. Qemoza Hire Plan Texts is run by FH Ecommerce Limited, trading as Qemoza. It sends text messages to people who ask for a free hire plan on our website and choose to receive texts. There are two kinds, each with its own checkbox. Service texts are about the plan you requested and a call you book: plan follow ups, call confirmations and reminders, and a follow up if you miss the call or after it. Marketing texts are invites to book a free 15 minute audit call, client stories and agency tips.
How you opt in. Only by ticking the checkboxes under the phone number field on our hire plan form at go.qemoza.ai/plan. There are two separate boxes. Neither is ticked by default, both are optional, and you get your plan whether or not you tick them. Box 1 reads: By checking this box, you agree that Qemoza may text and call you about the plan you requested and any call you book with us, such as plan follow ups and call confirmations and reminders. Msg frequency varies, up to 3 msgs a day. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is not required to get the plan. Box 2 reads: By checking this box, you agree that Qemoza may send you marketing texts, such as invites to book a free audit call, client stories and agency tips. Msg frequency varies, up to 3 msgs a day. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is not required to get the plan. Marketing texts go only to people who tick box 2. This consent is only for this program and is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies. At most 3 text messages a day, only between 8am and 8pm in your time zone.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Qemoza does not charge for these messages.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and then no more texts from this program. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL or OPTOUT. To join again, reply START.
Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email hamza@qemoza.ai.
Privacy. We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number or your messaging opt-in and consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Privacy Policy.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the "last updated" date shown, is the current one.
